Code Work                                                                     

‘R’ Stamp certificate for repair of pressure vessels and/or boilers proper.   ASME Section IX and API Standards. 

Process Cooling & Heat Recovery

Designs and installations of whole plant process cooling systems and process piping: gas, water, compressed air, exotic gases,and other manufacturing process piping.

Structural                                                                            

Fabrication and installation of structural steel.

Piping                                                                                    

Stainless, Carbon, Chrome, Heavy Wall, Plastic, Titanium, Hastelloy, P-91, Lined Piping, Victaulic, Socket Weld, Screwed. Above and below ground.

Pipe Welding                                                                

Stick, MIG, TIG, and Sub-Arc Stainless steel (all grades), Titanium, Chrome, Carbon pipe (all grades), ASME IX Qualified Weld Procedures.  100% X-Ray as required.

Fabrication                                                                           

Design and fabrication of pump skids, system headers, pipe spools, etc.

Above Ground Tank Work             

Pennsylvania DEP Certified
AMMX: Installation, Modification, and Repair of Manufactured Metallic Storage Tanks.
AFMX: Installation, Modification, Repair, and Removal of Field Constructed Metallic Storage Tanks.                                                    
AMEX: Mechanical Installation, Modification, Removal, Repair, Corrosion Protection, and Release Detection Systems of All Above Ground Metallic Storage Tanks. 

Millwrighting                                                                      

Setting and placement of machinery with laser aligned connection for proper operation.

Insulation                                                                             

Pipe, Vessel, and Tank insulation.

Boom Trucks                                                                   

Two fifteen ton boom trucks on site for any service: material handling, transfer, demolition, etc.; 70 foot boom with certified operator and necessary license.

Emergency                                                                           

Good communication allows us to respond very quickly to emergency call outs. Any day and any time.

Shut-Downs                                                                   

One of our specialties, full crews work 24 hours on critical maintenance and shutdowns.
