Highlander Energy Products includes the following services:
Pipe Welding
(Stick, TIG & MIG) Stainless, Carbon Steel (all grades), Chrome, Heavy Wall, P-91, Plastic, Titanium and Lined Piping. Welded, Grooved, Socket-weld and Threaded Pipe Systems.
Fabrication
Our 30,000 square foot fabrication shop is an asset that allows us the ability to maximize productivity, quality and provide the flexibility to meet strict project deadlines, all while ensuring the safety of our employees and at very competitive rates within a wide range of industries. Highlander Energy prides itself with stellar work performance of experienced welders with exceptional quality and weld rate passes; capable of welding stainless, carbon steel (all grades), chrome, titanium, and P-91. Highlander Energy also provides our customers with a complete and well organized documentation control book with material test reports for trace-ability, weld maps, hydro-testing and NDE test reports.
Code Work
“R” Stamp certificate for shop and field repairs, alterations and re-rating of pressure retaining vessels per ASME Sect. VIII , Div. 1 and Sect. 1 for Boiler Repairs
Millwrighting
Setting and placement of machinery with laser aligned connection for proper operation.
Insulation
We have a dedicated team that will come directly to your facility/well pad, etc and provide pipe, vessel and tank insulation services.
Boom Trucks
Two 15 ton boom trucks are available for any service such as material handling, transfer, demolition, etc. Seventy foot boom with certified operator and necessary license.
Above Ground Tank Work
Highlander Energy Products’ storage tank division is Pennsylvania DEP certified AFMX and can provide services for installation, modification, repair and removal of field constructed metallic storage tanks. or in-house fabricated tanks. All tanks are constructed to meet every and all applicable codes and procedures.
Civil Construction
Site grading, concrete piers and foundations as well as trench excavation and back-fill
Industrial
Process piping, rigging, structural steel, and millwrighting services at paper mills, refineries, chemical plants and other manufacturing facilities.
Natural Gas and Propane
Construction of natural gas processing facilities, compressor stations, metering stations, and propane stripping facilities.
Design/Build HVAC
Complete design and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for new and existing facilities.
Shutdowns / Emergencies
Highlander Energy responds to emergencies utilizing good communication, which allows us to respond very quickly to emergency call outs, any time and day. In cases where our customers have shutdowns, we have full crews available to work 24 hours on critical maintenance projects and facility shutdowns.
