Highlander Energy offers a 30,000 square foot fabrication shop primarily serving the needs of the natural gas processing, petro-chemical, and heavy industrial industries. Our reputation for quality work and meeting project timelines has made us one of the premier fabrication shops in Western Pennsylvania. Our fabrication shop contains a weld fume ventilation system for the safety and health of our employees, two overhead cranes, material storage systems, and can operate on two shifts with as many as thirty employees per shift. Highlander has experienced welders with solid work performance and an exceptional weld quality pass rate. Highlander provides complete quality and document control regarding weld procedures, welder qualifications, fabrication weld maps, NDE test reports, safety inspections as well as material test reports. In addition, we can perform hydro-static testing up to 15,000 PSIG. Non-Destructive examination, including x-ray testing services, are administered by third parties and typically arranged by Highlander Energy Products.
