Tank Farm Expansion Project

This was a design/build project for a tank farm expansion at a manufacturing facility in Western Pennsylvania. Highlander Energy Products was tasked with the development of piping and civil/structural CAD drawings as well as the shop fabrication and field installation of all product, steam, condensate, and plant air piping along with the structural steel pipe bridge, supports, catwalks, and stairs.

• Developed P&ID, equipment schedule, plan, and elevation CAD drawings for piping systems, foundations, and structural steel.
• Fabrication and installation of all product, steam, condensate, plant air, and structural steel pipe supports, bridge, catwalks, and stairs.
• Setting of and alignment of all project pumps.  
• Site excavation and installation of concrete piers foundations for supports and pipe bridge.
