Compressor Station Dehy Project

This project was for the shop fabrication and field installation necessary to make modifications to and existing compressor station facility that included the addition of one triethylene glycol dehydration unit, along with all other project buildings, equipment, and all ancillary facilities and utilities for a fully functional gas dehydration facility.

• Highlander Energy was project GC
• Self performed all aspects of the job other than the electrical, site clearing, and grading
• All pipe was shop fabricated and hydro tested for project other than the drain lines which were hydro tested on site
• Fuel gas piping was shop fabricated, however pneumatically tested on site
• Setting of all equipment which consists of the dehy tower, region skid, separator, and generator
• Site excavation and installation of concrete piers foundation in sleepers
• Sandblasting and coating of underground pipe, welds, and fittings
• Installed a 60,000 pound multi-valve bypass in a main 24 inch high-pressure gas pipeline in a 36 hour shutdown timeframe
• Constructed a 40′ x 40′ x 16′ tall metal building
